The Brown Buffalo Limited Lifetime Warranty

The Brown Buffalo stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of its products. We offer a limited lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for most products, excluding certain categories noted below. This warranty applies to the original owner and lasts for the reasonable life of the product under normal use.

Compliance with California and U.S. Laws

This limited lifetime warranty complies with California consumer protection laws and applicable U.S. federal warranty regulations under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. We aim to ensure fairness and transparency in handling all warranty claims.

What's Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser with proof of purchase.
  • If a defect is confirmed, The Brown Buffalo will repair the product or, at its discretion, replace it with the same or comparable item.

What's Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper care, or negligence.
  • Normal wear and tear, including the natural breakdown of materials and colors over time.
  • Damage from unauthorized repairs or mdoifications.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized dealers or resellers.
  • Items marked as non-warranty or sold as final sale.
  • Limited edition collaboration projects.
