Returns
We gladly accept returns of unused merchandise within 15 days of the purchase date for a full refund of the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs).

How to Initiate a Return
- Prepare your return:
- Ensure the item is unused and in its original condition.
- Include your order number and specify whether you are requesting a return or exchange.
2. Ship your item:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping.
- We highly recommend including a tracking number to ensure safe delivery back to us.
3. Processing your refund:
- Once we receive and approve the return, we'll initiate the refund process and send you a confirmation email.
- Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
Important Notes
- Custom-made bags, made-to-order products, sale items, promotions, and one-of-a-kind bags are non-refundable.
- Shipping cots are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item, we will credit the original purchase amount towards the new product.
